Happy Mother's Day to all the moms out there. I had to work today, but came home and had dinner and opened gifts with Steve and the kids. Steph helped Alex make a couple special projects, one was a frame with a picture of him on one side and a mold of his feet on the other. The other project was a very messy masterpiece Alex has titled, "Ode to Mama". Steph squirted blobs of paint on canvas and had him crawl around on it, resulting in a very colorful, abstract, modernistic sort of a piece. You all didn't know I had an infant prodigy, did you?

I dont know why but that picture Alex made for you brought tears to my eyes. I know, I'm such a sap but that is seriously adorable. I love that you have pictures of the aftermath too!

I'm sorry that you had to work on Mother's Day. That SUCKS! What cute kids though and what a cute picture Alex did for you. Stephanie is pretty good to do all that for you. I know that I wouldn't have been that creative at her age.
